Reporting a wrong rate
This is the most valuable message you can send. Marketplaces change fees regularly and we do not always catch it.
Please include the marketplace, the category, the rate you believe is correct and where you saw it — a screenshot of your seller account or a link to the official fee schedule is ideal. With that we can usually correct a page the same day.
Requesting a marketplace
If a marketplace you sell on is missing, tell us which one and, if you can, point us at its published fee schedule. The marketplaces here were chosen because their fee tables are public and detailed enough to model honestly; the ones we have left out are mostly those that do not publish complete rates.
Everything else
Questions about how a calculation works, corrections to a translation, or a bug in the site are all welcome. The source code is public if you would rather open an issue there.
